How CJK Sourcing+ Came to Be
CJK started as a specialist formulation and sourcing partner, working closely with supplement founders across the UK and Europe.
Over time, it became clear that most challenges didn’t start at the supplier level. They started earlier — with positioning decisions made too early, ideas that hadn’t yet been validated, or compliance considerations discovered too late, often after formulation, packaging, or supplier decisions were already locked in.
CJK Sourcing+ is the natural evolution of that experience. We expanded our scope to support founders earlier in the journey and more holistically — from market research and formulation through to sourcing, branding, manufacturing, and launch readiness.

Cat founded CJK Sourcing+ after completing over 80 sourcing projects across the supplement space, following a background in sales and management roles within the tech sector.
She works directly with founders on market strategy, product direction, supplier selection, and execution, bringing a commercial, operator-led perspective to every project.
CJK Sourcing+ exists because of what Cat repeatedly saw in the market: founders being pushed into early commitments before strategy, costs, and positioning were fully clear. The business was built to prevent that, by combining clarity, experience, and practical execution.
CJK Sourcing+ is supported by a small, specialist team covering formulation, compliance, and execution.
We deliberately keep the team lean and senior — bringing in the right expertise when it adds value, rather than inflating headcount for show.
