Timeline: Week 1–2

Active ingredient optimisation (potency, cost, compliance)
Flavour and sweetener guidance (if powders/liquids)

3. Exclusive Supplier Matching
Timeline: Week 2–4
This is where we do the internal heavy lifting.

We ensure the facility meets your quality/safety needs (GMP, ISO, Organic, etc.)
If needed, we bring in a new specialist supplier from our vetted extended network

Timeline: End of Week 3–4
Once we’ve vetted options, we make one direct introduction to the manufacturer that aligns best with:

Your product format (capsules, powders, liquids, gummies, pet supplements, etc.)

5. Samples, Flavour Testing & Adjustments
Timeline: Week 3-6
If you’re producing a gummy, powder, or any format that requires R&D to refine taste, texture, or mixability, this phase includes a full sampling round. With your manufacturer selected, we coordinate the entire sample stage from start to finish.
What happens:
You choose the flavours you want
Manufacturer produces samples
Samples are shipped to you or you can visit the manufacturer in person
You test taste, texture, etc.
We help you request any revisions until you have a finished product you’re happy with!
6. Packaging, Label Copy & Design Coordination (Optional Add-On)
Timeline: Week 5–7
For clients who select this optional add-on, we make your product retail-ready with clear, compliant labels and brand-matched packaging.
What this stage includes:
Fully structured compliant label content: ingredients, directions, warnings, nutritional details, storage, and required statements
A brand look and feel that matches your vibe and product positioning, driven by data
Packaging, logo and label design support
Coordination of final artwork with your manufacturer or packaging supplier (including dielines, print specs, and approvals)
This add-on keeps the process simple: you get on-pack compliance, a cohesive brand aesthetic, and smooth artwork delivery to your manufacturer — without needing to manage any of the technical back-and-forth yourself.
7. Final Production Approval
Timeline: Begins Week 4–8 · Production takes 6–10 weeks
Once your sample and label are approved, we move into the full production phase. Your manufacturer will issue the final quote, and once you approve and pay the deposit, your production slot is secured.
From there, manufacturing begins and we stay involved throughout to ensure everything progresses smoothly.
What happens:
Final quote issued by the manufacturer
Deposit paid and production slot confirmed
Manufacturing begins
Batch testing and Certificates of Analysis
Final packaging completed
Products shipped to your chosen destination (Amazon FBA, 3PL, or warehouse)
This stage takes your product from “approved concept” to a fully finished item ready for distribution.
